I'd like to say that everyone is thinking about this movie way too much. Yes, nuclear warfare is serious and terrifying. However, people rating this don't need to be thinking "omg this makes no sense" or "who nuked the USA". Chill out, it was a great movie visually with a serious overtone, thats all.

Very nice depiction of nuclear war, but to the average person this'll just be another flash video probably. I've seen some of your other work and I liked it just as much as this one. The music isn't exactly my cup of tea but I really liked the quote you had at the beginning. Somehow I see it as being very, very true. Good work.

The graphics were obviously the strongest part of this movie. The amount of effort that must have gone into them is really impressive. Some of them were breath-taking!

I'm a little sad that many people apparently didn't understand your film at all. Just to add my own name to that list, here's my take:

It doesn't matter who did it or why. It's about understanding the destructive power of these bombs so that we don't take them lightly or use them without a hell of a good reason. If this was indeed your message, I think you made it quite poignant by showing national symbols destroyed.

This happened to the Japanese. I think you did a very good job of saying "How would you like it if they'd done it to you instead?"

My only problem with this movie is that you didn't address the fact that missles exsist which carry move than one warhead. In the event where anti-missle systems are present, this missle breaks apart and about 5 smaller warheads fly out, increasing the chance of one landing.

THAT scares me. When anti-missle systems become useless, that scares me even more. Anyway, good movie, nice quote (I use that one in a number of places).

It's a thought-provoking piece. alright style, good choice of song, but definitly thought-provoking and well-done. If You actually THINK about it, then it's actually a scary thought as to what is actually going on.
AAs for those who are probably 12 and have numbers and letters for our name... (no one in particular.) Take a look below the surface and realize that shit can and possibly WILL happen in the near future. Quit looking at it as a James Bond/Die Hard film and look at is as actual lives being lost. No bullshit. In our current status as a country this is a Possibility.
I think the point was for people to open the eyes are realize that we're not invincible and at any moment his brightly burning country could burn the fuck OUT.

I was pleased with the Simon and Garfunkel song in that it correlated well with the mood, but I personally would have used their rendition of Silent Night with the sound of bombs in the backgrounds. The name of the song escapes me at the moment, but it was a good song none the less.
