"Pretty Damn good"

I think this was very good, unlike some dumbasses out there, *~cough~* Da_Votah*~cough~* The creators made it their way, and couldn't have done a better job. It's a fuckin' cartoon, what do you expect, and plus, we're just human, we're not just gonna do this fancy shit you see on tv. Oh, and you're not gonna hear any of those lame ass lines like someone said, *~cough*~ Da_Votah*~cough~* Congrats from me, and I really did like it. There were somethings that sucked, such as the choppiness, but I can accept that. Make more while you can.

What I think this film lacked was ambiguity. I think it would've been better if the audience wasn't quite sure what the kids were going to do at the beginning. And you should've gone on with the 'is there a god' talk. I think the shooter should've said: "When you go to bed tonight, don't thank god you're still alive. Thank me for not shooting you." Something like that.

Overall it left a chill down my spine, which doesn't happen everyday with flash animations on Newgrounds. I hope this gets a permenent spot in the toons section of the site.

A little too obvious to make a big deal out of. It's been done. The visuals had no originalty at all, they were the same old half-breed anime with rotoscoped walkcycles. way to gothy and pussyrocker to really be taken seriously. Also and the biggest problem with it, the pacing, it was horrible. You treated this like it was suppose to be some lush feast for our eyes full of great backrounds and smooth animation, but it wasn't, it was ugly and,well very 'flashy' in the sense that it was made in flash.
the only really good thing was the music at the beg (which is from the movie ESSoTSM)

What to say that has not been said?That letter gave me the impression that he thought everyone thought he was weak or a failure.Looked like he lived up to those expectations.
It showed a view that wasn't quite with one paticular view.Some people need to read the author's comments on the menu.
A good film overall.

"Why did you make this?"

You didn't make a flash about the tragedy of Columbine, yet you treat it like you did. This was more of a glorification of it. You never aknowledged that what they did was good in any, but the way it was all presented made it seem more like an event than a sad thing. It's almost like this flash was, in a way, agreeing with their actions or showing an understanding of their actions. This wasn't what it should have been. It should have depicted a tragedy, not a shoot-em-up flash. Actually, I didn't think this flash should have been made. I don't support how you just made a flash of something like that. It only made it worse that you treated it wrong for the content you were dealing with. The backgrounds were nice looking, the character art was OK. The hands were weird and lengthly looking. The whole thing was too gothic and emo. If I could suggest something (which won't matter, because you've already made it and what I have to say won't matter) it would be to have more work with the cause than the effect. We didn't need to see WHAT happened, but moreso WHY it happened. The WHY is more important and essential. The WHAT just gave us an uncomfortable violent flash. A WHY flash would have emotionally impacted people better.

Still as awesome as it was last week haha. But yeah, you guys did a outstanding job of putting this idea together. I still must say, that the ending was nicely done. It wasn't ended on a note of suicide or gore. And Andie my good man, be sure to check out the Take On Me collaboration for lots of good Spamtaro action haha.

well the art is obviously outstanding the thing i dont like much about this is the style, it feels much like an "elephant" remake, i dont say it because both are about the same thing but because many things are done the same way, many scenes are almost identical and overall the pace and concept is very alike and in my opinion very cliché.
