"Meh"

This obviously took a lot of time and skill to make. However I found it to be a lot like Elephant which was a pretty shitty movie (Zero Day is waaaaaay better). I don't get why the names and appearances of the killers changed but the location remained the same. Also about the Manson thing, neither Reb or V listened to him, they liked Rammstein, KMFDM ect. and I even read that Reb hated Manson. IDK, I just think that in my mind it resembled Elephant too much (same dialogue when meeting the Brookes character, similar scenes with them looking at the rifle, going over the plans, in the car, walking up the path, shooting the authoritative figure, and the ending without a conclusion), I probably would have been more pleased it it resembled the Zero Hour Massacre At Columbine documentary or the movie Zero Day... or was completely original. It was very well made though, not like some of the other movies on here that look like they were drawn by a 5th grader. So I give it a half and half.

I just want to know what was the point? I mean I believe in God and I am not ashamed... I do know the facts about Columbine... not the Michael Moore Liberal filth facts...

I do know that you guys did a good if not outstanding job in the graphics/flash department...

What I don't understand is are you making an effort to say the belief in a higher power is what caused Columbine? Or the lack of?

Are you sincerely trying to potray these two psychotic fools, who took the lives of innocents as saints or martys based on what these fools were going through by the students?

Anyway... We will never know what triggered their pathetic acts of Terror... Never... But I do know one thing... In the end they will be judged... I give you a 5... even though I am not sure what the intentions of this video was for... To Bash a Higher power? To potray the two sick indiviuals as misunderstood saints? I dunno...

i was disappointed by it when i watched the movie elephant.except for like three parts this was entirely the same movie only in a drawn cartoon (Flash). I base style on originality, and so i gave it a zero because it was taken from the movie Elephant (HBO).

As sick as that reinactment was... it was done alright. the graphics werent spectacular, but they were alright. The sound quality pretty much sucked anus though. so.... 3/5

Kind of a less effecting version of the film "Elephant" with less style and despite the change in perspective, compared to the flm this was only half as successful at creating any kind of atmosphere.
Not terrible by any means.
The work put into this shows. But, it's a very difficult subject to tackle with any kind of real creative spark when it has been done much better in a different medium not very long ago.
Still looks as good as the effort put into it. It just didn't effect me.
Someone is really going to have to blow up with some kinda masterpiece if they ever want to approach this event again.

"Needs work."

You fail to properly acknowledge that Columbine was a failed BOMBING. In fact, bombs placed both to devert police attention and within the school itself. Computer modeling shows that over a hundred people might have died had the propane bombs in the cafeteria exploded. In addition, bombs were placed in their cars were intended to take out respondants to the scene. They only brought the guns to kill the survivors. Failing to acknowledge this is really failure to understand the scope Dylan and Eric had, they wanted to massacre the maximum amount. Eric even went so far as to note the best time to do so.

Apart from that your flash takes elements from really life and places actual events and fuses the two very poorly. The plot as a whole is such an idealization of real life situation that it is pretty offensive to the basic intelligence of the viewer. The map scene with the jocks flowing in ... they didn't want just jocks dead. The bathroom scene where the guy is getting beat up is an idealization too. Eric and Dylan were partners in crime stealing equipment, blowing up pipebombs, etc. before becoming murders, that is how they bonded.

all these people reviewing this say it extremly deep blah blah blah. It isn't. Your characters have no emotions. If your going to make a flash based on a real tradedy you should do your best to capture the emotions of it. The graphics were ok but the music was really good. All in all it was ok. I don't like how almost anyflash no matter how bad can get 10's if its based on a tragedy.

In my opinion you did not do justice enough to the people that died by releasing something like this. Make it better, for the people who were killed and wounded in this tradgedy.
