When you enter, don't move at all and you should be fine. You can then take a second to think of when to move, and where to move. There are some rooms later on that will catch you if you don't move right away though.

This was the first game I ever made, so I didn't really know any better :P It's so hard because I was lacking a lot of important knowledge.
When you enter the third room, you won't get caught if you stand still; then you can move when the light moves away. I have actually made it to level 18 before, but yeah, this game is very hard. Well, thanks for playing, and thanks for the criticism :P
