This video is good for the animation. The "story" i guess, goes well with the animation, not bad, it's alright. I would advise you to work more for the humor, it was funny, but not delightfully funny. Keep working at, good job.

I haven't watched the first one, but after seeing this, i have to say this is one of the most sucky flashes ever. But, im not saying you can't do better. I'm sorry, I don't usually rate zero, but my gosh: I couldn't help it. It is crap, but, I will list some things that you could improve on below:

Humor
Style
Use Thicker Outlines
Better Graphics
Better Sounds
The Violence Wasn't Really Good, If Thats What Your Aiming For
Better Punch Lines

Here is some of my advice:
Try to create a sieres of something completly different that no one has tried before. Maybe even make random flashes of things that just pop up in your head. Maybe you can make all your flashes parodys.

this seems a bit immature. The childish animation. The iffy jokes. Its just not very good. The music was god awful. All the jokes were pulled off terribly. All in all not very good.
