Personally I found it vaguely entertaining throughout, in a South Park sort of way, but there was only one part that really made me chuckle ("it amuses me").

There was a nice change in tone throughout and I did like the way it went from one kooky scenario to another.

The graphics are slightly different and it was all rather crazy.

You didn't seems certain whether to use outlines or not though, and some of the lines were a bit hard to understand.

The music was nice, with quite a few quality wee tunes.

Generally, it's entertaining with a fair few smiles to be had and an energetic plot that at least doesn't get boring.

It gets a bang of a spoon on my head on my arbitrary rating scale.

ok first, that chinese guy cracks me up, second of all
stereotypicly basing america as bieng hounerable? wtfh are u smoking! america has the most deception, crime, polotitions and backwards goverment than anywhere else in the world!
second of all, i agree with teh soviet guy, to love ones own country is to hate other, biast opinions are the main sorces of hate, caused through unballanced judgement.
third, hearts gf was a materialistic bitch, either that or she didnt actuly love him, or was scared that he was infact a giant flat heart symbol for no appearent reason.....that could TALK

jebs i hope my teenage angst never causes my hormones to unbalence my romantic judgement and fall for a bit like the gf =P

but what you gained in animation (from last year's submission) you lost somewhat in the humor. The more simple animation fit the style of toon somewhat better, and this seemed unecessarily long at times.
Not to downplay it too much, though; it was still VERY funny!
