Next time you make a video, try using multiple layers, and motion tweening. (I recomend 15-30 frames a second) Also you should probably work on your backgrounds, storytelling, and character models.

You sort of have the drawing bit done, i suggest actually working on some proper animation, with smooth animating, thiner lines, and better backgrounds. It could be pretty nice =D

The graphics were nice and handdrawn, but that doesn't make them any better.
Not really any style here.
The sound was ripped and bad quality.
It was really violent....
No interactivity.
Not funny at all...

no offence but i think you should work on this alot more before submiting, I mean you see how harshly people judge here.
First off making an animation based on a preexisting video game is a little old try to do something a little more creative, the animation was choppy get some books on animation, and go to some animation forums and you'll get better i'm sure.
