In the sense that i can't make out what robot is saying,and Pepper is speaking too fast.You don't expect that everybody can make out what you are saying when you are saying too fast.What i can make out is....
"Pepper,hello again."
"Argh....Gimme a drink i am gonna need it."
"Something wrong?"
Pepper then said something about having a bad day or wadever because of some guy asking her not to harrass his girlfriend.
"I guess you should stop it then."
She then mentioned that the guy who sent the message was sent by an anonymous person(a stranger(therefore it can mean a message sent to the wrong person)).The Robot then did a XD face.I believe it meant...

I didn't get the joke, but I give the humor a 7 cause I have a bad sence of humor and "So are you ya fat bastard!" cracked me up. On another note, this is probably the best anime stile I've seen so far.
