I dont know how you do it, but damn... ahah... you must have fun playing with peoples emotions. But I think everyone of the flash that you make is instantly genuis. David Firth is, by far, the most twisted and exceptional artist on Newgrounds. This is the first flash of his I saw, and immediately, it drew me in.
Jake is the kind of character that's hard to take seriously, but at the same time, his childish innocence is somewhat captivating, and his obliviousness to how sad his own life is is almost cute when not slightly disturbing.
The characters David creates are disturbing by nature...or rather, I should say unsettling...but at the same time, there's something so fascinating about them...a darkness that will draw you right in and make you really wonder, first about that character's life...and secondly, about the mind of their creator.
David Firth, you are truly a genious, and I hope you never succumb to an adult lack of morbidity, or the ignorance and lack of depth your critics possess. Keep up the amazing work, and I'm really looking foreward to seeing more from you! I plan to review -all- of your work, because it truly is unique...a genre apart from all others.

The tone and the audio are always so crippling to me. I feel so bad but don't know why. Then a funny part comes in and releases the tension. Everytime I see one of his pieces I am pissed I can't vote over 10. Great again David.
