There were some mildly amusing moments, but nothing to make me giggle. It was interesting enough, but not rivetting or thrilling.
The graphics were really slick and nicely done, without being works of art and the sound was really good with some nice voice acting, though a few bits I couldn't quite make out.
I really liked the little details (centipede, M) and the ring was very surprising and actually really nicely sung.
It was top stuff, but just could have been better somehow... maybe a faster pace would have helped. If all that stuff had been condensed and some emotions bumped up a notch (angrier at ringing by the time he got to the door for example) it may have proved more entertaining.
