back at the start of this month. Wowza... Very very nice look to this one, with the moonbeams shining through the storm clouds and the rain cascading down on the softly glowing hills... interrupted by occasional flashes of lightning, turning this muted-colour world black and white.
Poetic? Inspired by the look of it. Nice. And then we hit play...
Cue Quake2 music (interesting!)... cue vibrant colour... cue sunset... bring the moon back in... wow. Great house and backgrounds and all the little details and everything. From books on the shelf to arrow in the throat... shine on armour, candle in flame... doorknob turns, sword glints... it's all quite... quite... awesome.
Oh hell no. You brought out the Crystal Method. Kick ass! Fantasy setting and techno don't seem THAT intuitively matched, but it really worked with the action scene and all. Great great job with the visuals, the audio, and the music choices... and most of all, great job with the pacing, the movement, the action, the whole FEEL of this world and the characters in it. You captured it all so very very well. NoX RoX!
