It's hard to compare this to your others.. being the first. And the dialogue is fine, wished you kept for the second but.... there were too many "What are you?"'s thought. Great aminations dude!

way too much dialog, also you had a bit of a repetition problem, dude transforms, gets his ass kicked, says "i won't die" transforms again, repeat with role reversal.

and some music would have made it less boring.
