"Terrible"

The voice acting was horrendous. You sound like you're in your room trying not to let anybody hear you doing these voices, and Luigi sounds like you recorded it over the phone. The voice acting is devoid of all emotion or interest. Also, when you have the words at the bottom of the screen appear before the character says anything, the viewer ends up waiting for the character to slowly and soulessly say his line so they can move on.
The worst offense is the timing. Nothing works because it's all so sluggish. IMO, the only thing you have going for you is that the art is pretty slick.
