Not to be rude, and I'm sorry, but that was one of the most horrible lightsabers I've seen...
The kids in my school have made videos using lightsabers, and not only do they look good, but the swings look good, and as the sabers moved, the lengths changed in relation to perspective... when you swung the saber, it looked like a flag, it was constantly out of preportions, and i can understand you had a video with poor quality, but ive seen good lightsaber effects even on a poor quality video.
