"Much Better"
date: November 14, 2009
Megaman vs. Metroid was a bit wonky, the frame rate felt a bit slow, Samus felt damn near impossible, and it didn't feel right for Megaman to be in a Metrod scenario, being that in Metroid you can shoot up. Megaman can only shoot straight, making it where the enemies had a huge advantage. This game improved all that by improving the speed, making the jumping better, having more of a megaman feel, and not one siding the game towards the enemies doing damage to you. The boss was WAY too easy, but other than that, it's great.
A Megaman feel, a great concept, and engaging gameplay that will keep you replaying it until you can get the freaking weapon that never is given to you for some annoying reason, or maybe that's only my problem.
