"Another excellent tutorial by iamasuckah!"

date: June 10, 2004

Iamasuckah, the author of All-In-One Tutorial, does it again in this new expansion, with not only giving more great tutorials for flash, but also giving explanations on the basics of NewGrounds.

As before, the graphics, music, and images presented in this movie will make the viewer more interested in the tutorials, much like the first.

The tutorials in this movie explain the more advanced areas of making flash movies (advanced tweening, advanced sprites, action scripting) and also some rather basic stuff (compressing). The tutorial also explains the basics of NewGrounds, as well as tips on how to write a good review for a flash entry.

SUMMARY

PROS:
+ More detailed tutorials on making flash movies.
+ Graphics, images and music will interest viewer.
+ Explains the basic of NewGrounds, as well as tips for writing good reviews.

CONS:
- In the Newgrounds basics section, maybe the author could have listed all the icons for experience levels, blam/protection ranks and probably whistles (but that just my opinion).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
> Not for beginners at flash; see the first All-In-One Tutorial.

This is a great tutorial, which I'm VERY sure will help a lot of flash makers make better flashes. I DO recommend newbies at flashes to see the first All-In-One Tutorial, because this movie covers the advanced parts of flash making (its better to begin crawling than to begin walking, if you know what I mean). Overall, I would definitely recommend viewers to check out this movie, especially if you want to know the basics of Newgrounds and how make an excellent review.

Author's Response:

:D THnx man! I hope you'll like tutorial 3 then, that one has lotsa pro stuff :P

"Once again, a helpful tutorial."

date: June 10, 2004

On the tweening section, you should do the shape hints too. Those can be helpful. The graphics were awesome too. The tutorials are helpful, and awesome. You should create an "Actionscript All-in-One Tutorial" series to teach about how to understand actionscript (my dang Flash Actionscript Bible isn't getting through to me, I dunno why). Awesome tutorial. Can't wait for number 3 to come out to find out what else I don't know!
I hope this tutorial turned your face from this:

This has to come out, wasn't the first All-In-One Tutorial THE All-In-One Tutorial? Kinda like Final Fantasy, wasn't the first Final Fantasy THE Final Fantasy? Anyways, enough with my rambling.

I love the fact that there is so much stuff on NG to teach people about Flash, this one being the best so far. Nice music too. I gave it some humor because I like seeing little stickmen fall apart! Nice job!

Author's Response:
