To me it seemed like the monster was suppost to be the kids dark side. ( In his imagination ). thats why the heart was only half in!

I liked it good animation. And Rockytop... wow way to look deep into the philosophy of it. I just thought it was a kids heart turned super hero fighting an evil monster. I was kinda hoping the heart would jump back in and all would be ok, ready to jump out for the next giant monster. lol. Either way good job on the flash.

Really awesome animation, great story (really put me in a good mood) but the music didn't really have as much depth as the story (isn't it sad that the kid dies?) at the same time I guess in a way it is appropriate since dealing with kids, heroism, triumph, etc.

I think what is happening is the heartless monster that is terrorizing the city hurt the little boy and is now destroying everything and everyone he loves. His heart and feelings manifest as a hero, as he bleeds out, that then enters the monster and destroys it by giving it what it hates the most and is probably missing, a heart. Am I right? I hope so :D

Also I really enjoyed this, it takes a bit of deeper thinking and appreciation but that only adds to the movie for me.
