I gotta say that for the times that i watched it, all i could think about were the old Akira Kurosawa films. it was very well done amazing style. unfortuanlty i felt it was to short but then again a true battle of swords will never last a long time...unless its in anime lol.

It looked cool.But I couldn't hear anything cause i'm using a computer with no speakers attached right now,I'll watch it with sound later.Maybe with sound it'll make sense,so far it looks to me like some samurai guys are just sittin' around and then somebody
comes in and they slice him up...probably the pizza delivery...D'oh.

"Capturing the spirit."

Though brief, I feel that what you lacked in length was made up for with the artistic quality that you displayed here. Interestingly enough, I also got an "anime" vibe from this. The light flash exposing the first samurai reminded me of Kenshin (from Rurouni Kenshin). I don't know if that was intentional, or accidental. Either way, it didn't subtract from what you were going for, which I feel is a personal vision of what the "Spirit of the Samurai" represents.

Fast and vibrant, strong animation and bold coloring -- I believe you captured the spirit pretty well. ;)

I like it it has a confesent air around it and shows that you have much promise... I would like to see more of this kind, for not all have to be long to inspire a great deal of people... Oh and good name BTW!

"Very short, yet very cool"

I liked the way you did this flash. The lighting on the samurai was awesome, and the swordwork at the end was pretty cool, even if we couldn't necessarily see it. The flash was very short, of course, yet that doesn't necessarily take away from its quality. Of course I would've liked to see it longer. The flash in itself was very simple, which works for what it was.

I love the style of the flash, the red on the black background was cool. The drawing of the dead samurai looked very genuine, just like 15th century Japanese artwork. It was A bit short thats the only problem really. Also the play button could do with A invisible box around it so you don't have to click the letters.

yea it was way to short, the graphics were awesome even though it was only black with red guys, the styles nothing new, the sound was pretty good, the violence was very high, interactivity= play button, and it wasn't funny, good job 4/5
