"Toilet humour"

Pretty different, the retro style was a nice one to go for, the sprites paid homage and the music worked well to present the story and the SFX did a good job as well. The premise however was - while original, a toilet humour gag which was sad for the most part. Overall the style was good but the story just isn't particularly funny or anything.

I had to look up all the Boy and his Blob parodies on this site to see how much I remember since the new version of the game is coming out. I really like how you focused on the main sprites, backgrounds, and animation used in the original game, it makes me want to get out my NES and play. When the blob was flying and crapping I was rolling and laughing, it was hilarious.

It truly is childish humor at its best. At least I can now admit my immaturity and get on with my life. This was such a basic idea that included more laughs than I could hold, it's great to see other fans of the game on this site. I hope to see more prodies of the game that are as hysterical as this one was. In the meantime, keep up the great work!

I played this game once.
It is SOOOOO frustrating because there's like fifty different flavors of jelly beans.
And you can't ever remember which one does what.

Oh, and also...
In this flash, the number of vanilla jelly beans on the screen doesn't go down after he feeds some to the blob.
And it doesn't show the amount of laxatives either.
Otherwise, a great flash!

I used to play this game quite a bit. It got frustrating at times, I woulda loved to be able to torture that little bastard with some laxatives or blow a hole in him with some fire works.
