Never heard of this game, but I still though it was funny. You did a good job with the sprites. The text needs to be fixed because certain words are filled in. Also get rid of the next button and make it automatic.

-GOOD-
the sound was good in this flash it went with the whole thing. the graphics were good but you only used sprites for this flash, it would be nice if you used some non-sprites. also the thing was kinda funny.

-BAD-
well like -mettledart- said i would rather have them talk to, the golden mushroom is a perfect example of that.

-OVERALL-
good flash movie

(and i dunno what mettledarts talking about there was tons of violence)

Noticed this was made in 2004, but I still found it funny to this day.

The graphics were very good. Crisp and clear with movement. I would like more movement though. Try moving their arms more.

The sound was good. It did not get repetitive and was a good match for the flash. The sound effects were perfectly synched. It would be nice if you had voice actors. I hate reading.

There wasn't much violence, but there was a lot of interactivity. Maybe, too much. It got tedious clicking NEXT, rather than watching it hands free. The humor was in good taste, but was poorly executed. It would have been better spoken than written down. But, this flash still managed to make me chuckle.

Overall, good flash, but there's room for improvement.

Your Link Is Mad cartoon wasn't your best, but this shows that you've gotten much better at making movies. Nice job! Glad I read my old reviews. Looks like people like your MM toons more. Peace. I don't know if I should put much in interactivity since I had to push the NEXT button so many freakin times. I'll be generous there.

if it weren´t for the ugly sprites, what are they, commodore 64? I´m guessing it contained scenes from the game so it would probably be more fun if you´d played it. Music was bad, but atleast the soundeffects such as the rifleshots had a nice volume to them.

As a fan of the original Nintendo game, thank you for making an MM parody on NG! I've often thought that MM would make a great flash game for someone to recreate. Maybe someone can undertake that someday! I remember it took me the longest time to figure out this damn game, and I finally wound up cheating and looking up the solution online to beat it.

For those who have never played or heard of this game, it's a game where you use an arrow to click on text commands to get the characters to walk to certain places, do things, and talk to people. Definitely an original during the time it came out because you couldn't control the characters like you would in a Mario game. The main character is a guy named Dave, and his girlfriend Wendy (?) was kidnapped and taken to Maniac Mansion where Dr. Fred and all these weirdo creatures live. You play as a group of 3 (2 others besides Dave) and everyone has a particular strength (I always like to play as Benard the nerd lol). You basically break into the house, collect stuff, try to figure out how to get around and not get caught by the weirdos that live there. Cool game. Try it if you haven't!
