This helped a lot. The hitTests and moving side-to-side scripts are good, but the jumping script is really great. I have Flash 8, and this tutorial worked perfectly for me. You just have to know a little bit about what you're doing. Great tutorial!

Idk if it was just me, but half the time i would fall through the platform when i jumped, and if he wasn't placed just right, he would fall through, so i was a bit confused there, But it helped a little bit for me.

I reviewed this awhile ago on my other accounts and I finally have looked at it again. Great. It is a great tutorial and if you actually listen to it, it WILL work. Also to whoever reads this. THIS IS ACTIONSCRIPT 2! I saw stickmanmaddness' review... First thing I thought, "What a idiot." Lol, if you do this right there shud be no problems. Thumps up!
