You did this very well. Your graphics were great for what you needed to do, but it hard to judge it because it was a sprite tutorial, and by that logic, if it was the most fitting for what you needed to do (it was, by the way) then nothing would be yours. So by that, the graphics were great, but since they wern't yours, I couldn't give you a ten. But you did a great job. Sound was cool, Interactivity was cool, but if you keep the button in a consistant place, that would have helped. It was styleish, I liked the mario tutor avatar. The Spawn violence was miminal, but still existant, and I found the feel and theme lighthearted, and so thus the humor points.

Arrgh! Ye gets the Pirate's Treasure fer this one, ye tutorial making dog! Arrrgh! :D

It was a good sprite tutorial. I like how you animated the actual steps. However you left one very important detail out. You didn't cover on how to remove the white backround behind the sprites. Most people f*ck up here and dont know how to remove the white backround, and even when they do they end up doing it in a tougher way then is necesary. Well anyways edit the extra step if you'd like, other than, that great tutorial!

but.... you did make one mistake, how is someone supposed to make a game(or movie) with sprites that have white blocks around them?? yes yes we all hate these evil white blocks. so btw, you(for maximum easiness, and best quality) have to use trace bitmap, select all the white(some use pink because white may already be in the sprites)and just delete it, without removing the white...pixel by pixel by pixel.
