The high frame rate of Rod's flapping head gave it some kind of weird quality that other animutations don't have. The song was choice, as was the farewell to our dear departed Mr. Roddy. This movie has convinced me to try bumping up the framerate of my own movies.

"Interesting, But Lacks Noise"

I liked your style a lot. I also liked the crazyness of this Flash animation. But I don't know if I hit a glitch or not, but there was no sound. I thought this was wierd, because I'd expect a insane song that would drive you insane to the point you would want to bang your head againsed a table. Trust me, sound goes a long way. Put sound into your movies and put as much effort as you probably did in this animation and you could become a good animator.
