I didn't get it at all, I've read a bunch of reviews of everyone calling it Great fun , i was shocked, this is just sick and disgusting (made me want to puke) and I can't believe anyone could be entertained by DEAD BABIES!!

I don't understand what the other reviewers bitch about. This game obviously had a lot of work put into it. The drawings are crazy good, there are a lot of costumes. The only downside is the small area you have to work in and so many costumes (and I dig the Mick Foley outfit too).
