okay i admit this was a very good idea for a flash but there were things that could have been done alot better...
i think that his freak power stuff could have been better instead of some kind of mantis thing coming out of his back...
the sound was poor for this flash...
i realy dont want to sound like an ass but with grafix like that the sound could have been in alot better quality, also his accent, unnecacary... i could understand it if some greek/english guy was saying this but thats probly not the case...
although i think your best scene was with the caution tape and the body in 2... very nice... it WAS morbid but very very well done, if you have ever read my reviews they are never this long, about the toung guy... cut the scene where his tounge comes out, that part of the scene ruins the action, makes it more like a drama, just have the tounge grab his throught instantly, it would be great...
on the other hand, cut some frames in each scene to make the scenes go faster and be more action packed, if you have to, (and i hope to god you dont) use bullet time in the scene where he pulls the gun out on the detective... also, bald... what were you thinking... its been done so many times, bald dont cut it unless the character is in a calm mellow mood all the time...
the first freek also could have been better, i mean like you could have givin it alittle more of a human touch, it would strike fear alot more if it werent so obese...

First of all I have to say that this project was very time-consuming...so that'S why we restraint ourselves (it's only a first episode, a prelude, a test to see what we could achieve)
For the character design this is totally subjective so we'll disregard your comment about that.
The sound quality is poor indeed...but a better sound quality means a bigger file size and it's already 5mb (maximum allowed by newgrounds).
The accent comes from the fact that we're french, we'll work on it, but we'll continue to do them ourselves and get better doing them.
For the scenes, we won't cut anything, the movie is done and it will stay like this. We'll move on to another episode if we make any.
Also you're talking about the more dramatic aspect of the movie, well that's what we wanted. We wanted to create a mood (a little scary maybe), not a pure action movie (which I'm getting tired of) so we tried to balance ambience and action.
Your complaints about the baldness of John is irrelevant cause any character design would have been criticized in some way. I hope you realize that :)
