It's a little too short, you called Bille Lee Jimmy Lee and Jimmy Lee Billy Lee, and in my opinion, the fight against Duke was very short for a final fight, but it's still fun to watch.

What is it with people hating sprite flashes? You can tell what it's going to be before you play it. This flash was good, it was smooth, unlike some I've seen and can't wait to see part 4.

I have to say that i wasnt really entertained by this because of the simple fact that it was done with sprites, and really it just came off to me as something that might happen inbetween gameplay with an actual game, and i was never much of a fan of them back in the early days. Your sound selection was obvious and the fighting was what i expected. Overall nothing really suprised me and stood out about this flash.

I thought billy was bule and jimmy was red? oh well, that was better that the pervous one but i couldn't read the words peroperly because it went to quikly. Try slowing it down a little.

This was pretty good, the story is shaping up nicely too. I think you should have submitted the first three parts as a whole though since they are all pretty small files. Nice job though, Double Dragon sprites don't get much play on Newgrounds.
