"I loved this!"
Kegel rocks! Everything from the amazing voices to the little details like the Home Movies thing in the background is so funny. Not only that, but much like another amazing series (Salad Fingers) Kegel has so many quotes that will just stick in your head forever, things like "I think he's killing himself!"- this is an instant classic, folks.

An entire year after I saw this, I actually ran into this situation. There was a business I had to call for software problems. Their "Level 1" tech support was a complete joke. They NEVER helped, and I always had to wait for "Level 2" tech support. And yes. They actually called it that!
That's why I love this episode. I think the whole Kegel series is great.
