One things for sure, if gaming is where you want to go in life, artwork like this can get you there. Lets get right on into the review...

Graphic's - For a side scrolling game the graphics are awesome, some platform games cant even get gfx like that.

Sound - I feel its very fitting of the game, but aside from the constant woosh of the blade <-- which can get old the music is unique and drawing.

Interactivity - Well, if your actively doing something my guess is you wont live long in the game. A definate 10 for the constant button smashing

Style - Ill assume Style is relevant to the theme you were aiming for. In this case aside from the items SonChichi pointed out you got the theme on the button.

Violence - Personally my level of violence is pretty high so animated blood isnt too high on my list, um for little kids itd be a 10 but cartoon death is always in good humor.

Humor - Its a game, not something aimed to make us laugh. The costumes while funny-looking arent directly aimed to make us laugh.

Gameplay - (My own addition) While everything looks awesome gameplay is really lacking, you can break through an enemies defence by just staying on him. Or the yellow ninja fireball guys just jump as he goes into the air then rinse and repeat, but its flash so... yea, good job man hopefully we will see even more from you

Ok the graphics and sound were good....but come on the game play was boaring. Ok new enemy D d d d d d d d d d d d d Dead. The enemies never seem to get any harder.

The animation of these graphics is fairly smooth, and I like our little hero, too. I'm probably being nit-picky by pointing this out (ah, the hell with it, I know I'm being nit-picky by pointing this out), but all of the restaurants and/or businesses in the streets are named, like, "Ming Woo's", or "Hung Lo's". But, those aren't Japanese names; they're Chinese names. That, and I saw a lot of Chinese paraphernalia on buildings, like celestial lions and things of that nature. And, since Ninjas are Japanese, I can only assume that this is supposed to be set in medieval Japan. So I guess my question is this: "what the dealie, yo?" You seem to be confusing the Orient as one big mystical land of dragons and swordfights instead of it being made up of distinctly different countries.

But anyway, moving right along...

It's very addictive gameplay, and the enemies are pretty well-designed. I hated the little greenish-yellow warrior, though. You know, the one who leaps into the air and spits fire down at'cha? It's impossible to get away from those fire bombs. Cool game. I just wish it were a little bit longer.

Oh yeah, and more accurate in terms of Asian culture. =P

Although sometimes it's a bit tricky to get some hits in on your enemies, and the health potions don't really heal you much, since a normal sword swipe will hurt you more than those potions heal you, overall, this is a very nicely done piece of flash. And it's addictive too.
