To enter the Halloween contest, simply include the Newgrounds Halloween Preloader (you can see a preview on our preloaders page) and stick it at the front of your submission. Also include a link to this page on any menus at the beginning or end of your submission.

The goal this year is to make something REALLY SCARY, but you are also welcome to make something funny.

You can submit your Flash any time between now and October 31st. We got cash prizes!

1st-3rd: $1,000 each
4th-5th: $500 each
6th-10th: $250 each

All winners will receive stickers and a 2009 NG Calendar. You are also welcome to submit games, and all entries can use our FLASH ADS to generate revenue! If you run the Flash ads, please stick our Halloween tank logo on the loading screen to the side of the ad, or somewhere else in your submission. Also try to use music from the Audio Portal, and include links to the songs on any credit screens in your submission! LOAD THAT SHIT UP LIKE AN NG BURRITO.
