im sick and my right ear is getting pressured too much (so it hard to pop)
is there anything that can help remove this pressure more easily?

Decongestants and nasal spray.
Don't blow your nose too hard. If you do, you might get an ear or sinus infection.

I totally left advice. This is different though. It's easier to tell someone how to deal with congestion than to diagnose someone who's leaking pus from their ear.
