All I can think of is I'm related to Eli Whitney somehow and somehow also related to Kirstie Ally (most likely spelled that wrong) its not too fascinating but its all I can think of at the moment. Also guys if you're just going to be a sarcastic ass don't bother...its not impossible to be related to someone who is or was well known. They are people just like you and me. Props to the OP for a creative topic. I read all the posts in it. Interesting stuff :) keep this going.

No my family isn't tied to people like that. At least to my knowledge.
But I do know that my friend's mom was friends with Dana Carvey in college. He played Garth in Wayne's World in case you don't know.

My cousin. owns the NFL team, the Saints. We get free suite tickets and really awesome normal seat tickets all the time. Were so close to the field, I can scream at the players and they can hear me.
My dad is a Hard wood floor installer, and I happen to be working with him at the time. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt own a house down here, and they wanted to get new floors. We showed up for an estimate at their house and met them. When we installed the floors they were busy and weren't at the house though. =/

My dad is friends with this guy in florida who owns one of every kind of smith and wesson gun that there is, he's also got some maps used on the frontlines in WW1 and he has a gun from the Zulu wars
said gun fanatic also gave me warcraft 3 and it's expansion, good times

My grandma used to live next to Tony Shalhoub (He lived to the back of her house). My dad also played basketball with John Elway back when they went to Stanford.

My dad went to highschool in Tulsa with all the original members of Caroline's Spine. Same grade and all. I met a couple at his twenty year reuinion but they've been broken up a long time.

My dad was a body gaurd for lou ferrigno one night. My grandma Met the entire band of kiss, gene tried to bang her (lol), my grandma also met sean connery. M uncle was one of the gay backdrop gang characters in shawshank redemption, my other uncle got backstage with foreigner for about 10 hours.
