I'm much of a grammar nazi myself, though dedicating posts to correct others is indeed quite sad, lol.

Personally I thought number 1 was a brilliant effort, but the over-distorted synths RUINED IT COMPLETELY. Number 4 and 5 were good, 2 was a good ambient remix, 3 didn't quite make it imo.

I like the intro for 1, buuuuuut ehh.

The top 30# songs are either from people going "I'll vote 5 on your song if you vote 5 on mine", spamming that to people, or from just plain luck by having 20 votes with high score, which is most likely from self voting + the first reason.

And the top5 are mods that only choose F-777, Envy, or ParagonX9, or anyone thats NG famous, doesnt matter if its a good song or not.

I've made top 5 like 3 times BTW

No, no.
If you're on the audio portal page, the top30, and the top5 (weekly best) are determined by the scores, by A-bot.
If you're on the newgrounds frontpage, you have this little box of featured music (4 songs) right below the featured games. Those 4 are determinded by mods :)

There's some really neat stuff on the frontpage. Check it out regularly and you'll notice the difference between front page and the weekly top5.

The mods look for something different and original for the front page btw, instead of 'just' another good beat.

With reviewing, I mean looking at them and just voting. Obviously I'm not going to write 100 reviews every tuesday night.

Either that, or stop complaining. I know it's bad when the top 5k consists 90% out of poor VG remixes, and I don't like it either, but I don't think you can complain endlessly on the forum, and cba to do something about it.

groups like that are not allowed. Also enough peole "regulate" the scores tuesday night..

Funny this is almost the same dellima with flash cartoons. Flash artist complain about the poor videogame animtions or sprite animation. And it seems like audio artist have the same problem too about the VG area.

And I'm kind of pissed, somebody just zerobombed all of my songs and was dumb enough to leave a comment on my profile. He has one aweful song in the same genre and he's probably gonna vote 0 on every dance song. It's the same thing as with the Flash portal and it's horrible. We don't need a top30 of all-time consisting out of 40 second loops which took even less time to create than how long the actual song is.

And I didn't know those kind of groups weren't allowed, but fair enough.
