Yeah, not bad at all, has the tropical jungle feel I'm sure you're going for - are the gray trees in the background shadows though? Consider maybe positioning the background trees and foliage a little higher than the foreground trees, it should create a better sense of depth.. unless you want it to appear that there's a hill sloping downward on the other side of the trail.
Will the background pan? If so, really adds to the sense of depth when the foreground and background pan at different speeds, naturally.
Objects (vines in this case?) can add to the effect when thrown in the very foreground as well.
