Ive been busy with uni work for the last few months so I havent really been on the flash scene much, but I have now finished my php project and I miss animating and am in desperate need of money.
Im looking for a coder to team up with to make one (possibly more afterwards) small game that will take around 3 or 4 days to produce. I havent got any specific ideas right now, but once I find someone we can brainstorm and decide on what kind of game we want to make. Needless to say im definitely up for ideas if people already have them!
I want to make something simple, fun and attractive and produce it to a professional level. Sponsorship will be split 50/50 as always, as will ad revenue if we decide to go down that route.
I am looking for someone who has at least a few good finished games, someone that I can rely on to finish the project and polish it to a good standard without getting stuck with scripting issues. Please give some examples of your previous games in this thread, or PM me if you are interested!
I have some good examples of my art work in my profile, as well as more really cool unfinished stuff i can show you if you contact me directly (id rather not post links here).
Anyway, really look forward to finding someone, I love starting new projects so much!

In 3 or 4 days?
You can solve pretty much any problem you may have with AS3 by consulting the AS3 Language reference.

yeah, that to short. seeing that the animation process is longer then the scripting process for a simple game you should post an idea and some sample art, if i like how it looks i'll do it :3

Well it depends mainly on what kind of game we make... But I dont want to start a massive project or anything. Id say a week max.
I dont think that is an unrealistic timeframe at all, if you look in my profile Mexican Hat Catch only took a day or so to complete, I generally work pretty fast and just sit and get on with projects until theyre done... I guess im looking for someone with a similar work ethic! Sponsorship should also be fairly quick to sort out, I have someone who is always pestering me for new games and always pays really well.
lol just played hat catch. and he's right he could bust that out in a day. Granted thats a very simple game it kept me playing for an entire round.... and i fifen'd (sucker for sombreros)
bump for you
he's obviously not pulling anyone's chain. i agree though, come up with an idea and some graphics now and it'll be even easier to get a programmer ready to start up. Start brainstorming now and ask questions later :D

I don't really have any 'finished' games to show you, but I can give programming examples upon request. If you're worried about me not holding up my end of the deal, I'd be happy to do the game skeleton with placeholder graphics to show my capabilities before you put the time in for the art.
tl;dr: I need money too. Hit me up.

Your art seems good so I would be interested in working with you. But what puts me off is that you want it done so fast, and with school & life I can't promise that I could get all the coding done in a week or so.
So yeah, good luck with your project. If you are going to get a game done in a week, I'll be checking the portal for your submission :).

i looked at your submissions there awesome i'd do it for 50% depending on what kind of game your making, meaning how hard it will be to code
Hey its awesome so many people are interested! I think I may have found someone but if anyone else is interested still post ere, im always looking for people to work with!
