i watched a youtube video of someone hacking into a super mario 64 rom that they had, the result was that every thing looked like stuff from paper mario, does anyone know how to perform this hack/cheat?

Of course, Newgrounds would know, seeing as we have an extensive knowledge of ROM hacking, and all of us are over the age of 12. Seriously. JUST FUCKING GOOGLE IT.
