So! That's it! Winterbreaks's over (finally^^). My friend decided to make a comic series like "Final Fantasy" and he asked me to design and draw his characters (what an honor! XD). I'll start with the good guys (My favourite's the guy with the "Gunblade") :

Not really Warhammer XD, but more a Final Fantasy and futuristic ego-shooter (like Quake 4) fan

Yes, you're right. the proportions of feet and arms/hands weren't done well, I did it in a hurry to "impress" a friend of mine^^ I'll think about the proportions a bit better and more next time! :D

Here's something from last years fall:
It was a project about music and art in human life. I designed the posters of my group and the rest gave me ideas and made the music :D It was really awesome!

Well, I noticed about one week after i drawed this pic, that the hands are too small (again... how embarrassing...)

...So I started a study on hands in winter XD

The first building is already designed: The RTD Techcenter!

More RTD stuff will follow if I can get my scanner running again! XD

I think I've mentioned my gang the "RTD" before, haven't I? Now it has grown to a new militairy party XD

I was gonna say the same thing, reminds me of my old doodles aswell, just better executed. haha

Try drawing stuff from real life! It helps you improve, always, trust me. And try do draw some people with photo reference, it will help you improve your anatomy skills, wich you kind of lack at the moment.

I've decided to post my CG artworks in this thread instead of opening a new one^^
So... uhm, I'll start with a modified version of the AK47, I call it the "DVF Stifler 1" (DVF is my weapon manufacturer brand, and don't laugh at the name "Stifler"! XD)
You can attach various add-ons on it, like grenade launchers, extra ammunition or even a second barrel (I don't know if this works in real life XD)!
Here's the standard rifle with an assault scope on it

and now with the second barrel attachment

(I have to confess, that the textures are pretty crappy, but better ones will follow soon!)

this one's based on the M4 (but doesn't really look like it, cause I was too lazy to modell the M4 first). I call it the "(DVF) Charade 1" (WTF? another stupid name? XD). It comes with a handy assault scope, too^^

It's pretty low on details but the textures are a bit better this time. I modelled it in about 1 hour (I'm still a beginner in 3D-Modelling)
