4chan can make me laugh a lot, but some of the stuff they do is retarded. I prefer Newgrounds over them and you can't even really compare them because they aren't in the same category of website content.
Not really, to be honest. Newgrounds isn't image based, and doesn't encourage shitty memes as much.

Not really. 4Chan is just an image sharing website. I thinmk It's just common in a sense that many people try to be funny, but fail.

Newgrounds is made up of a variety ranging from immature children to actually decent users, of course most of the shit gets erased so you don't have to worry about it.

I've only been to 4chan a handful of times (4? 5?) and I've never really seen why people enjoyed it so much.
It just seems like all of the three-word-post users got together, created a site, and now feed off of each other's idiocy in an unsuccessful attempt to be humorous.

I don't find anything about 4chan appealing. Sure, you can get a good laugh out of 4chan sometimes, but that's all. Newgrounds has a much wider variety. Flash, Audio and of course the forum with it's great regulars and moderators.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

4chan is an image board. Newgrounds is a Flash/Audio Portal. They don't really compare. But I like Newgrounds better, even though 4channers(?) provide good wallpapers.
