It's often an hidden feature, such as a movie or even a game.

They are a hidden (and mostly pointless) bonus that you must, instead of just sitting and watching the movie, scan through the movie and look for this o' so special easter egg.

It's basicly an excuse to make people watch the flash many times over by not giving you what the clip is during the flash like any normal person would and instead making you have to find it.
I don't look for easter eggs as I find it is a waste of time, they get voted and rated for what they are willing to show, so if they hide something they shouldnt get any praise for it.
