Very cool, but his chin looks abit too pointy. Kinda looks like a beak to me :\

hmm, yeh. but i always saw masterchief to have a quite big chin, it isnt actually a triangle. just resized it.
i love photoshop colouring. its the best!

tell your parents you need a ticket to the caribean, lol its an okay excuse i guess.

lol, i know what a beach looks like, i just don't have the knowledge of how to make a water bed crest up onto the shore, as that all has to deal with physics engines, and i don't code. for now, it will stay low poly while omni-light and water-texture tests go underway.

Oh dude totally. You should absolutely make it into like a platform game or something. Please. And there's this new 3d game that Max Abernethy came out with that does vanishing point stuff. That would be cool for like 3d hallways and stuff, if you could pull it off. I'll be a BETA TESTER.

the flash

i think thats a really cool preloader. Cool animation too!

i like lines better. he has many metal parts and i like being able to easily see where the seams are and where the hard edges meet... they seem more defined with lines.

Just thought I'd put this in here since no one commented on the other thread yet.

This is the first time I've tried to do a walking cycle so be gentle.

looks nice for a first try, looks like you're using a mouse instead of a tablet. i also see that the feet find of extend, so they never come off the ground. hopefully you're inspired to go at it again and again to perfect it :)
