Seeing as its tween. I'm guessing 5-10mins. not including the drawing of the monkey. I like guessing games :)

tell your parents you need a ticket to the caribean, lol its an okay excuse i guess.
lol, i know what a beach looks like, i just don't have the knowledge of how to make a water bed crest up onto the shore, as that all has to deal with physics engines, and i don't code. for now, it will stay low poly while omni-light and water-texture tests go underway.

Oh dude totally. You should absolutely make it into like a platform game or something. Please. And there's this new 3d game that Max Abernethy came out with that does vanishing point stuff. That would be cool for like 3d hallways and stuff, if you could pull it off. I'll be a BETA TESTER.

i think thats a really cool preloader. Cool animation too!

The quality is horrible I cant really tell how good they are yet.
i just got 3ds Max 8, only to realize, greeble doesnt work with it yet :[
i like lines better. he has many metal parts and i like being able to easily see where the seams are and where the hard edges meet... they seem more defined with lines.

looks nice for a first try, looks like you're using a mouse instead of a tablet. i also see that the feet find of extend, so they never come off the ground. hopefully you're inspired to go at it again and again to perfect it :)
