Personally, I export the image as a jpg(one as full one smaller) and change the size for the smaller one to fit on the message board, and possibly the quality if nessicary. The quality may suffer but thats what happens when you resize, inless you wanted to crop.

At 5/17/05 09:50 PM, AGH wrote: I drawded this in Flash 5. That's 14,325 curves right there, and I optimized it as much as I could along the way. I just crossed my fingers that I wasn't going to break the magical 16,000 then have it take 20 seconds every time I went to do a few strokes. A bag of potatoes to anyone who recognises the person, but I think I might be pushing it there.

You really astonish me, to the point of baffling me. You must do something in flash I don't know how to, because I can't see you drawing that with the brush, besides you using some lingo that I don't know of in flash, photoshop maybe, not flash. Still, pretty amazing work, though I don't know who it is.

Woa, its you again. Yup the second one is most definately the most awesome, but they all rock. Beaaaauuuutiful linework, warm detailed backgrounds and the anime characters are very well drawn.

Cant help but think that the first pixel art pic reminds me a bit of

Allright. Well i like the setting of the drawing. Its almost like there could be a cool sci fi story behind it. The background was very minimal, but effective in the way that you immediately see they are on another planet. A pretty big flaw is how all the characters are the same sizes, even the ones very close to the horizon. Objects and people close to the horizon are always smaller than the ones closer to the viewer/camera, so fix that. I would add some shading on the ground and make the air a different color. That would definately help alot. Overall i seriously liked it, since it was kinda funny and the minimal artwork had some sincere feeling over it. Those croc enemies are just very... ehm... interesting. Maybe make an animation of it?

Actually, is it becoming some kind of trend that young teenagers are whining about the good old days? 'Oh i remember when things were so much better back in the days' lol. And i dont know if you can count also, but so far there are already 5 works posted on this page alone. Whats the point of whining? I rather see one awesome thing every 5 pages than alot of mediocre stuff. Theres nothing wrong about giving help and criticism to others or talk about art. I think it is actually the pointless crying that lowers the quality of this thread.

I love your artwork man, but that animation was pretty crappy :-P

The fish didn't like move anything to make it move, it just sorta floated over to the side... no fin movement.

The effects in the background and the drawing itself are very good, but you need to learn the html tags used on this forum lol.

*DOUBLE POST*

You dirty bastard. Just asked mom and she said you got it when you were here >:(. I just bought a new paintball mask so i gotta save up my $. Unless...hmmmm. Also, i'm getting a job in the summer, maybe 10 $ an hour :D.

And what do you all think of this? It's nothing special or hightech stuff, just a picture of my girlfriend that i edited. The colors before werent very cool so i made it more vibrant and changed some of the colors. Added her name also. *WARNING* might be low quality, had to make it smaller, to lazy to get the link for the bigger version.

Kickass, I like that a lot.

I've been playing with some fbf for one of the oodles of collaborations that pop up all the time:

It's unfinished obviously. Any comments/criticisms about it so far?
