Yes, i just got the colours that i wanted using the "eyedropper tool" and shaded it in lots of small sections of it, in you could zoom in realy far you can see all of the lines i used to blend it

Looks like you just used Cut-out filter on a picture. Its possible you drew it but, eh. Maybe you also edited yourself but still.

i have it on my computer now as a director file, i just haven't converted it to an SWF or quicktime movie yet. but yea, you can see it soon...

i just imported the jpg into flash and added the fades around the edges and I exported the image and it has the white border but i can't figure out why...

Well, u dont need to get a very expensive one...try ebay or just get the smalles Graphire3 (or something along those line) tablet...

They really are great though, but dont give up...
