ok you really need to work on anatomy really badly, proportions are off on all the pics, and the heads are quite badly distorted and out of shape

Definite improvement. Granted, I'd expect no less in a year of consistent drawing. Anime is/will never be an art style I'm interested in, but as far as the limited genre goes your latest pic is not half bad. Its an interesting view, good, consistent shading, and good color choice. It may just be me, bu the hair appears somewhat pixelated (jagged, stair like lines). I'm not sure why that would be but it clashes to a degree with the rest of the smooth lines. Keep up the good work.
