i hate it when a good movie comes out and they make a game for it and its a sucky ass game with no replay value and makes you end up hating the movie

See everyone loves 300. I was saying the OP said that He gets pissed off at games like that so much he starts to hate the movie, which makes no sense (why play the game before you see the movie?) and I don't think the game developers helped make the movie. Look at ET the game. It helped cause the Video game stock market crash but the movie is still good.

Good for you, but what I'm saying is that Why hate a movie you haven't seen just because of the game? Look at Ghost Rider then Look at the game. The game is a God of War clone, has a different plot than the movie, and it's alright. Now watch the movie after. Basically they're just trying to get more money off of people by releasing it 2 days before the movie with people thinking they don't have to see the movie when they could just play it. WRONG. I always wait to buy games read the reviews so I won't waste my money.

people make games based on movies because the movies are popular so gamers want to experience it in a game. Developers don't have to think about the story so much because they've already got the movie's plot but it's hard to incorporate that into a game without changing major things.
