I'm getting tired of mine and others work getting on youtube withought credit or permission...
I hav to check youtube and google every month and usually find my stuff somewhere I didn't put it.
Anyway if your video is on youtube without your permission post it here and mabe we can work to get it taken down, if you are a flash artist and don't like others submitting your work post it in this thread.
Heres 2 of mine that seem to be stolen the most, anywho if theres anything you can do to help please.

Luigi gets high: One of my oldest yet most stolen flash, this guy didn't even sync the audio right
This one wasn't realy stolen, but he flammed me andsaid my stuff was all fail, then later submitted a copy cat vertion of my numa numa gameboy.. a poor one at that
The biggest thing of numa numa gameboy is that the music and composer wasn't notified either.
Me and the composer get no credit what so ever

I've noticed Youtube has been taking down a lot of videos due to copyright infringement or shit like that recently. I have never had to deal with that, so I really don't know what to tell you. Try E-mailing Youtube staff? I'm sure they would take the stolen videos off if you could prove they are yours.
Would you really want to be credited for that rubbish?
Thats something I would leave out hopeing someone would steal it.
I'm pretty sure that there is a way you can notify the Youtube admins and get them to remove it.

Luckly all my videos on youtube that uses even stuff from tv is all open source meaning that the company or copyright owner can come by at anytime and put rights on it.
Saddly Flagging on youtube means that you own the copyrights, I do not have copyrights on my work since I don't know very much on how to get them.

i know that in America, you need to actually apply and pay for copyright, but if your from Australia (like myself) its sort of like, an implied copyright... if you make it, it is yours and immediately copyrighted, no forms or anything, so just a shout out to all you aussies!

Yes, My work is basic but not terrible and atleast is good enough to be regularly stolen and favorites every other week
But my point is, what about the REAL flashes that get put up over there, the realy goodones people work days/weeks/months/years on!

Yeah I can't understand what the people who upload flashes get out of it. Maybe they think YouTube is so large is simply has the right to all media in the universe regardless of who uploads it.
