3.80 / 5.00 4,200 ViewsI was just sitting here, watching tool time. I start to shift positions in my chair when all the sudden a horrible pain shoots through the back of my right leg. It was so bad and so out of nowhere that i couldn't do anything but hold my leg until it stopped.
I didn't do anything to provoke it, it just happened. WHAT JUST HAPPENED.
Has this happened to you? It's happened to me before, just not this bad, and not in my leg. Its like that thing in your neck where you turn to fast.

What is it called... A charlie horse? I forget... but it used to happen to me all the time. I don't know I think it either has to do with puberty and your changing growing body or cramping... or poor diet. I don't really remember now, but yeah, fucking worst pain. I forgot about those things...
If it doesn't get better in 30 minutes, call 911

I used to get those pretty frequently about 3 years ago, not sure why though. It just stopped happening.

Cramp... Or as i like to call it when doing nothing. Trapped Nerve. Hurts like a bitch don't it? try waking up at 3 in the morning hold your leg and screming AHH YOU BASTARD as it feels like someones stabbing your leg repeatedly

When you don't move for a few hours, you can get intense pains in your muscles, normally leg muscles for me, if you try to move without being very, very ginger.
It happens a lot especially if you've done a lot of growing lately.
It's just your muscle being instinctive, it thinks a sudden movement after a long period of rest is you getting jostled from sleep by some sort of danger, so it panics and over extends.

I don't really think i've been sitting down that long. I might of.

Thats a pretty stupid instinct. If i was a caveman being attacked by a sabretooth tiger while i was alseep, and my muscles did that, I think i'd die pretty fast.

Without a doubt it was cramp. It's nothing to worry about, but yes you will have trouble walking for the rest of today. I hear the best remedy for it is to get on the cold ground and press the leg on the surface to ease it.. But it hurts so much that it's like impossible to do it.
Yeah - its a cramp.
The best thing you can do to prevent it from happening again, or make you leg feel better after it occurs, is to hydrate well, drinking lots of water.
I've heard potassium helps with cramps. So eat bananas and stuff.

Ciatica. My dad had it once, you can't fucking move for weeks. You need PAINKILLERS! Or at least that's what you tell the doctor.

It just a cramp. It is caused by lazing around your couch watching tool time.
You are now breathing manually. You are now aware of your posture. You can now feel your clothes on your body. You now itch in various places.
Keep hydrated, stretch your leg as best you can, and have some sports drink, the sodium is good for it. You will be fine.
You could be cramping up, if you're dehydrated. Drink some water, and eat a banana.
Are cramps and charlie horses the same thing? The way people are describing cramps, doesn't really seem to explain how out of nowhere and how bad that fucker hurt.

.
If the pain went down one of your legs, you probably have got a slighty locked sciatic nerve. Pinched in the lumbar region of your spine. Trying making sure that you sit up properly and keep your lower back straight. But what the fuck do I know. Im not a doctor. Is there any signs of blood or gunshot wounds?

It happens to me sometimes when I keep joints bent for long periods of time... its just your nerve being pinched. Keep where is hurt unbent and it should go away in a couple of seconds.
Unless its something completely different. ._.
