Gaming Chair Problem! 2008-11-13 09:06:01 Reply

Hey guys, basically i'm having a little trouble with my gaming chair, last night while looking through my droor I found all my wires and have been trying to plug it in since, unfortunately I have NO idea how to actually get it to work and have been trying for ages now.

I have drawn out the wire I have and wanted to know how I needed to plug these in..

Thanks in advance for the help.

Isn't the input thingy supposed to be plugged to the console?

No, there's nowhere to plug it into on the console.

I guess those are for speakers in your chair, right?

What you need is a scart plug!

Looks like you are missing the RCA female-to-female adapters. You connect the red and white console output wires to the red and white end of the chair input wire. If you can't find them you can buy them for about a dollar.

The wire with a green end and a blue end is for connecting two chairs together. The black piece is for connecting an mp3 player, cd player, or anything else with a headphone jack to the chair.

I love the diagram. I can just imagine some frantic child trying to illustrate the components of their magic gaming chair. You make me smile!

I just sit on a couch in my lounge when playing games, except guitar hero for which I straddle the arm of the chair in a sort of mock power slide. Damn I'm slick. "Babe! Can I have a beer please?" and "Babe! Will you roll us a fag please?" are two of my favourite couch-gaming expressions (I can't roll when playing you see). When playing GTA I find myself shouting "You're fucking nicked mate!", "Ave' it!" and "Get outta the way you cunt!". Ahhh... you see! You don't need a gaming chair after all! Just shout at the telly.

See the above post about the female to female adaptors. The red and white represent the left and right speaker. The output for your console (the yellow, red, and white wires) output sound and the display. The adaptors help to have the red and white wires act like the headphone jack adaptor that you have.
