Winter just is a terrible season. It's ALWAYS cold, meaning new or different clothes, and meaning that it is hard to enjoy anything outside. Assuming of course, that you can even do anything outside with snow everywhere. Sure, there's sledding, snowboarding, and whatnot, but they both require just the right amount of snow. Too much or too little and you're screwed. I also think that a lot of the Winter holidays are just here so that we won't get pissed off. If there was no Thanksgiving or Christmahanakquanza, then people would be less distracted and realize how much everything sucks. One thing that really pisses me off is the shorter day time. It's only 5:30 here, but it's practically pitch black outside. I can never concentrate on things when it feels like I should be going to sleep.
None of this really applies to our friends in the southern hemisphere right now, but I just hate it. I think that they should have made a summer 2 instead!

I love winter, it is my faovurite time of year. Long nights, coming in to a warm fire, the seaosnal food, the increased goodwill, the seaosn where people act they way they sohuld all year round, New Years, Christmas, my birthday, my anniversary, my parents anniversary, umpteen birthdays of family members and friends!
I love winter. So, so much.

My birthday is two days before Christmas. Which is the start of winter. Thus making it the best season of the year.

Winter is a bit of a drag, especially having to wear bigger, bulkier clothing. But it gives you a reason to drag out seven different blankets and sleep like meat in a burrito, all smooshed up.
