1. How can i turn off the pressure option (using wacom)
2. Where are the smoothing tools?

i don't think photoshop has smoothing tools...

if it does, i'd like to know too!

press F5: under shape options: look for size jitter. in the drop down window, change "pen pressure" to "none"

reduce the distance percentage, in main panel of the same menu.
