I remember on sunday mornings when I'd be on and there'd be only like 35 to 45 people on.
It was actually boring as hell and there's more threads now that there's more users on.

I can't say.

While reading this sentence you realize that 2 people die and 4 babies are born every second. Is it a time to weep, or celebrate?

A lot of people are going to say that the old times were better. It's a matter of opinion, actually. But nostalgia plays a huge part in one's point of view.

If I could choose to use the old Newgrounds, I would. Because I liked the simplicity of the site. Now it's all complex and different now.
Why not think about how you've changed in 7 years and see that maybe that it isn't Newgrounds, it's the user who change.

I've thought about that a bit but along the way we've gotten several good users and a lot of shit users who think they're clever.

Those old users always cling to their guns and religion when pinned down by the future.

It's not that simple, both the site and the community was significally different a couple of years back. I would've gone back if I could, not saying that the stuff we've got now is crap, just saying that there's a difference between being in your friend's basement with some crazy fun people and a being in a public school with children and all kinds of people or whatever. Sure, you get in much more money by having a school, but you get the deal..

oh how I miss the days when a one liner could make a 7 page topic..
for example, the thread "my virginity" there was only 3 words in his post "where is it?", but yet it gained quite a few responses, if that was posted today, someone would of locked it before it even got momentum..

haha...dunno that one, but for '06 we did have 'why is there big cock in the top left corner?" and then there was 'you should have grabbed his cock' but I see your point yeah
