Any updates?

I haven't even started yet, hahah.
I don't expect everyone to be done before january or february, honestly.

But I'm gonna start doing some storyboards and all that shit manually first, then I'll rough it out in flash and then mix down the music and perhaps start animating then.
So in about a month or two I should have finished.

All the other parts are looking good so far!

I've never taken that long to make a 10-30 second animation before. I mean by my calculations it would take about.... If I work on making it really good, just 5 hours or something...

I mean what takes so long in those animations anyway?

For me I'm just going to make the sun appear for a few seconds, then it starts to get redder (as in hotter) and starts to get bigger. Then after it's a red giant it's outer layers are gonna explode off, then we see the little white drawf. Then another sun fades in, in the place of the other one, then we see the solar system, but with different looking planets.

That wouldn't take more than a few hours, why months?

I really hope that they will look nothing like your submissions.

For the second time: I'm not gonna put months into this, perhaps a week or so but not a full month.
15 seconds can more than well take a month.
Animation, sound rigging, storyboarding, recording, etc etc.
But I don't have to do any recording so it'll take less time.

I do reckon it'll take a week or so, spread out over the time of two months.

I did start on making my characters and backgrounds but iam doing finals this week, thats a bitch to my schedule *cries*

I started with the storyboarding yesterday.
Put a few minutes into it, 50% done there I suppose.

Also, I know realize why it would take so long to make your flashes, cuz most of them got people in them or need drawing. But for me, I'm just gonna import the 3d sun and destroy it. That's all, should be good and not take more than a few hours.

It could use a good amount of work. It's too sketchy (e.g, too much white space, too many random lines going every which way) and there isn't much animation except in the first scene. Having said that, the character in the first scene looks pretty good. You just need to clean it up a lot.

As long as this is a rough, rough draft, you're on the right track.
